To pay by check, please email the lead author and attach a PDF of your purchase order. In response you will receive a PDF invoice which includes the mailing address for sending the check. Your book will be mailed within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of the check from your institution. In your purchase order, please include the name of the person who will be receving the book.
